Filler update while battles are in the works.

Team Ranks
Glitch Pokemon (ex: Missingno) appear in the rarity list
Pokemon can be sold for up to 100m now (Old: 50m)
The Scramble Pokemon Names minigame gives 50 minigame points now (Old: 5 points)

Removed:
Purchasing minigame points
Forum Reputation system

Bug Fixes:
Your opponent would always use the same move as you
Banned members cannot post in the forums
