Regarding Strange PMs

Recently there have been PM's which hardly make any sense. If you get sent a PM that has a similar subject and contents to this:

!S!WCRTESTTEXTAREA000001!E!

[Note: letters/numbers may vary]

Then please PM Halberd with the username who sent the message. It shows the sign that a certain person is at work again.
