Bosh will be back in a few days from summer camp, untill then greg is the man to see about problems. Sorry for any inconvenience and enjoy your stay.

Maps: For those who dont already know theres more maps than the rpg shows, these maps are only unlocked by catching pokemon on the original maps, 3,000 map exp is needed for the first and 10,000 for the second, it takes time but unlocks strong and exotic pokemon so enjoy :D
